The final league tables are now out and provisional promotions and relegations are available.
So, it looks like we're saying goodbye to the Jets, St Marks and Batmen.
Down from Div 1, it's currently looking like:
Shadows - United Services (Monday)
Saracens A - Saracens (Tuesday)
Smiths A - RBL, Bishops Cleeve (Monday)
Coming up from Div 3, we look set to face:
Ullenwood CC - Suffolk (Tuesday)
Cowley CC - Charlton Club (Tuesday)
Pitville Outcasts - Gas Club (Tuesday)

Actually four teams have been
Actually four teams have been highlighted for relegation from our Division.
I don't think this is in error as it has happened in a few other Divisions as well. When you consider that 2 other teams dropped out during the season, only 9 teams will be left, especially if the normal three are promoted. So are they going to promote a lot from below or reduce the size of the Divisions? I hope not the latter, as it means fewer games; if people agree that this is unacceptable, then we should press at the AGM for the number of Divisions to be reduced instead.
It looks like the divisions
It looks like the divisions that had 'drop outs' have relegated four teams but it doesn't show how many are going up. Guess we'll have to wait until after the AGM to see what's decided. It'll be difficult for them to work out the size of the divisions until all Registration Forms are in though. Personally think that they ought to start at the top and work downwards and fill the divisions with at least 13 teams (24 games) until they can't do it anymore. If there are only 8 Divisions after that then so be it. Would definitely be worth one of us attending the AGM

I spoke to Terry Ballinger.
I spoke to Terry Ballinger. He said that absolutely nothing has been decided on promotion and relegation, and won't be until they know how many teams are going to be in the league next year. This will certainly not be known before the AGM. He added that several teams have not (yet) re-registered for next year. This may be sloppiness on the part of their Secretaries but could also be an indication that they are struggling to survive.
I think Marty has indicated that he will be attending the AGM.
