RAMPANT HUSTLERS BRING DOWN THE HOUSE

An on-fire Hustlers team annihilated second in the table Albion House in a one-sided game at the London Inn.  On a night in which no Hustler lost to his opponent, the team racked up their second 61-pin victory in three games.

First leg proved to be the best of the evening, with Rob, Andy and Lloyd all scoring in the 40s.  Their total of 125 set the tone of the match and gave Hustlers a 19 pin lead over Albion House.

Despite Pete H’s 41, second leg by contrast was the lowest but, against Albion House’s lowest leg, paradoxically managed to make the most pins, increasing the lead by a further 23 and leaving third leg with 42 pins to play with.

Third leg was notable for Chatz rescuing his evening with a 15 spare and finishing with 41, the same total as Steve who managed the feat more conventionally.  The leg pulled a further 14 pins to give Hustlers an unassailable lead of 56 pins.

With the rotund female now in full voice, last leg was ignited with a spare by Neilson.  Generously he put his third ball through, saving the rest of the team the expense of another 30p, but he still made 40 and Hustlers gained a further 5 pins on the leg, giving another winning margin of 61 pins.
